This section contains disclaimers and other legal stuff that apply to BayesFor.

The bayes-swarm.com website, managed by the BayesFor Association, contains a functionality, whose name is Time Machine, that gives users free access to archived copies of popular webpages. The following disclaimer applies :

• BayesFor does not retain any copyright on the contents that are published within the functionality. The rights for each of the shown contents belong to the respective copyright holders and BayesFor will comply with any legal request and/or regulation exercised by the copyright holders.
• The contents displayed within the functionality are for reference use only and within the context of the analysis performed by BayesFor. They are not to used as proxies, mirrors, caches or other improper use of the original sources they refer to.
• The contents displayed within the functionality are not to be treated as archived copies of the original sources, independently of the fact that the original provider may or may not provide an equivalent archive functionality as well.

Time Machine only offers a partial copy of the original sources. Only the HTML code of the page at the time of the parsing by our spiders is kept. This means that :

• some dynamic page contents, images, scripts and other elements may be missing or rendered in a different way from the original version
• the page rendering may appear broken or badly formatted because of the above limitations
• the browser may raise some rendering or scripting errors because of the above limitations

However, the functionality should still provide a good overview of what the contents of the page were at the time it was published and provide a better understanding of the data BayesFor is working on. This is the true purpose of the functionality itself.
